In what has been a first, N Dubz created a music video for ‘Took It All Away’ – a track off their critically acclaimed new album Love.Live.Life using a games console.

The video for the song has been created using PlayStation’s LittleBigPlanet2 game and has been directed by N-Dubz and Partizan music video director Henry Schofield.

The collaboration can be viewed on www.youtube.com/littlebigplanetuk where there is a special competition for fans of the band to create their own LBP2 music videos for ‘Took It All Away’ to win the chance to meet the band and see them play at their April gig!

So N-Dubz have changed their musical style! Dappy should sack his stylist and get a brand new image! He looks even more ridiculous than ever before singing this ballad with that hat!!!!

My verdict on the Mobo Awards 2010!

Reggie Yates – Good presenter as always!

Alesha Dixon – She looked gorgeous, with lots of personality! It showed how diverse she is, going from Strictly to the  Mobos. Her performance was entertaining but the ‘drummer boy’ song is still very annoying.

N-Dubz – The highlight of their performance was Fazer playing the piano! Dappy rightly reminded everyone that N-Dubz write and produce their own music! (You do forget that under their annoying antics they are very talented!).

Tinie Tempah – Great performance! Well done for winning Best Newcomer and Best Video for Frisky.

JLS - The performance was shockingly, quite good! Their vocals have definitely gone up a notch….not sure about Ortise’s outfit, it was a bit 90′s! Anyway congrats guys for winning Best Album and Best UK Act.

Shock Winner - Plan B, Best R&B/Soul award!!!! I must listen to Plan B’s album to find out what all the fuss is about over this dude!….(and what a cheek, he didn’t even attend the show to collect his award!)….this also goes for Professor Green who won UK Best UK Hip Hop / Grime Act!!!

Jay Sean Performance - He just bores me!

Nelly – I was  disappointed that he kept his shirt on throughout the show! What a  waste of muscles!

Michelle Williams - She needs to eat some ‘yam and banana’! The woman looked malnourished!

Inspirational quote of the night - Dappy “If you’ve got something to party over, then party…..But if you’re not winning nothing, go home, feel bad, wake up tomorrow and work harder.”….wow did Dappy really say this!

Highlight of the award show – Giggs randomly performs with Tinchy Stryder, Devlin, Tinie Tempah and Professor Green……People were so shocked when Giggs came on stage……Via Twitter, Facebook even text messages you name it, everyone was talking about Giggs! This performance definitely bought some much needed excitement to the show!

Lowpoint of the awards show – The fact the BROWN-EYEZ was not there!

The event as a whole - 7/10 Not enough wow factors!

My thoughts on the nominations – Well I definitely think Tinie Tempah will win Best Newcomer. Not sure who should get Best UK Act, the list is far too long….but it will probably go to Tinie or Taio Cruz….I would like Giggs to win, but I doubt that would happen! ….Best Song should go to Tinie, Taio or dear I say N-Dubz (the tune is catchy).

The nominations for Best UK SOUL/R & B just highights how weak this music is in the UK??? Like who are these people??? Corrine Bailey Raye is just boring, Sade is even worse and just bores me to tears….Plan B is like ‘yeah ok what ever’…..I am surprised though that the singer ROX did not recieve any nominations!!! She may not have received a huge amount of chart success in the UK but her album Memoirs is constantly being played on rotation in H&M, Selfridges, Top Shop, Super Drugs….just about everywhere, her track ‘I don’t believe’ has been used for the RIMMEL advert….she is young, talented and relevant more so than SHITTY BURKE! ….ROX at least deserved a nomination!

Best UK HIP HOP/GRIME  - Well this one is tricky! Giggs has great style , flow and delivery, Wiley is an all round talented musician, but just not as  marketable as the rest and Skepta is just sexy and should really win an award for GRIME CANDY OF THE YEAR! lol lol….It’s funny that Tinie Tempah is not in this category though…it’s official he has totally left the Grime Scene.

Best International Act – Well these people probably dont care about wining a MOBO AWARD, so I don’t care who wins.

Best Reggae Act – I want to say Gappy Ranks for obvious reasons, but it may just go to Vybz Kartel!

Tinchy Stryder, who recently signed a deal with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label, said that he thinks N-Dubz stand a better chance of breaking into the US market, reports The Sun.

“I guess thinking about it, the sound of N-Dubz, there isn’t anyone else like that. Dappy is a cool guy and full of energy and character,” he said.

“They are all cool as people, how they all work together in the studio is good, they have something going on.”

He added: “It feels like if JLS are to break America it has to be something crazy because they are nothing new to the Americans. Hopefully it works out for them as well. They make good music.”

In an interview with DS, Stryder revealed that he plans to launch his music in America “when the time is right”.

N-Dubz reportedly upset label bosses when they spent time fishing instead of recording new tracks.
