This is hilarious! Rio Ferdinand is a former Ballet Dancer. His past life is revealed in a campaign for the National Portrait Gallery called “Take Another Look” where visitors can find out unexpected facts about well-known Britons.

Rio studied ballet for four years  and won a scholarship to the Central School of Ballet in London when he was 11 years old, but eventually he chose a career as a footballer and signed his first professional contract in 1995. Apparently, the dance lessons improved his natural balance, which probably contributed towards how well he can play football today!

So to all you footballers out there that are having ball handling problems, forget the extra training sessions on a Sunday, go find your local ballet class, it will probably help your balance and co-ordination skills!

This video is a bit disappointing to be honest.  Given the title, Scorcher should have done a lot more with the concept, rather than just being in a shop advertising Converse! Does he know it’s an American brand?

It looked like Chip had a good time, but I am kinda disappointed that he never showed us some of the latest dance moves Jamaica had to offer!! You can’t bring back footage from Jamaica without showing us someone flicking on the dance floor!!!

How comes Wiley isn’t  in the video (again)??? Did he not turn up for the video shoot?
